Reduce Sugar Make 20 Years Younger

Reduce food and sweet drinks that completely takes you away from not only the risk of diabetes. However, reducing consumption of sugar or sweeteners can make you look 20 years younger.

For the first time conducted the study between the amount of sugar in the blood to stay young. Scientists from Leiden University Medical Centre in the Netherlands and Unilever in the UK to measure blood sugar levels of 600 men and women aged 50-70 years.
