Reduce food and sweet drinks that completely takes you away from not only the risk of diabetes. However, reducing consumption of sugar or sweeteners can make you look 20 years younger.
For the first time conducted the study between the amount of sugar in the blood to stay young. Scientists from Leiden University Medical Centre in the Netherlands and Unilever in the UK to measure blood sugar levels of 600 men and women aged 50-70 years.

"Basically, the sugar attached to each protein in the body and produce harmful molecules called 'advanced glycation end products', which reduces the effectiveness of elastin and collagen (protein in the skin that helps maintain a youthful appearance)," added Dr Ross Perry, a physician Cosmedics cosmetic clinic in London.
